Yesterday morning a Pepco representative arrived to complete the wiring of your heavy-up installation to the meter box outside. He told us the wires were too short to bring the wires into the bottom of the meter box. He called you I believe and probably his supervisor. He then left. A short while later a man from your company came and inspected the wires. He said the wires were plenty long enough to install them in the meter box, either from the bottom or the side. While we were out in the afternoon someone installed the wires in the box using the side opening. I don’t know what your role was in all this but I thank you for getting Pepco to do something so promptly. My whole experience with Jaffe Electric has been highly positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company.
